Menu not showing up on iPad

    For my laptop and mobile everything appears fine, but if I use an iPad, the menu disappears from the page. Can you help?

    Hi there,

    Sure, could you please make sure the Visibility option is set to “Mobile & Tablet”?
    It’s Customize -> Appearance -> Header -> Navigation -> Visibility: Mobile Menu.

    Hi, sorry I should be more clear. That option is checked, but I would like my header navigation menu to show up on iPad instead of the hamburger drop down menu. If I uncheck that, the header will appear on all types of screens, correct? Is there a way to have header for both laptop and ipad displays, but mobile menu for phone displays?

    Are you sure you have the latest version? because that option is no longer a checkbox.
    If you have the latest version, set the Visibility option for the Mobile Menu to “Mobile” and then it’ll do exactly what you need.
