Menu not showing translated version

I have my site in English and French. I created a menu with menu items for both languages, but it does not appear to be working for the French side. Two things to note: I recently installed Loco Translate, and I recently updated your plugin. I have since disabled and deleted Loco Translate. Here are some screenshots to show you the issue. I show the English side menu, then the French side menu (lots of “pas de titre”, or “no title”), then how the menu is structured in the back end.
