    Many themes, including Twenty Thirteen, include their own mobile styling for a responsive menu. In these cases, you should probably not use this plugin since you’d need to additionally overwrite a lot of mobile theme styles. So no, this plugin won’t work out of the box with Twenty Thirteen, since Twenty Thirteen already has a built-in mobile menu.
