Menu not responding

  • The menu was working recently, and I dont know, but it stopped working. Could someone look into this for me and let me know where i went wrong?

    Update: So the menu seems to work on my second monitor, but on my laptop screen it is unresponsive. Please help.

    Hello,

    It seems you are using an maintenance mode over your page at the moment and the menu cannot be seen.

    Can you try to de-activate all plugins except the Mesmerize Companion and re-check your page with the menu issue?

    Hello my aplogies, I have done as you said, and the menu has started working again, I will reactivate them one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem. Thanks.

    I have found the cause of the problem to be the WpBakery page builder. Is there any solution for this?
