Menu not fixed in Firefox and IE

Hi! I have this WP installation: https://joewebdesign.ro/test/cheope/

My problem is that in Firefox and IE, the menu is not fixed even thought I set the whole div as “position: fixed”.

It works fine in Chrome, but not in Firefox and IE. The menu scrolls up.
