Menu not displaying on mobile devices

  • I have seen this question asked a lot on forums but can’t seem to find an answer for my site. I’m using the child theme and my menu doesn’t expand when clicked on mobile sites. I have the latest version of word press, I have deactivated all plug ins and still the menu is not expanding on mobiles. I’ve also removed all custom CSS in the theme and that doesnt help either.

  • Hi!

    I see nothing changes when you press the menu icon on mobile. Also, I see the CSS should be pretty solid. Is there, by any change, a Javascript file that you removed? Because the bottom does “nothing”, and my first guess is, that a piece of JS should handle that.

    I don’t remember removing any JS but I guess it’s possible – is there a way of checking?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
