I have created a brief test menu and I’m trying to add it to the page linked above. This site doesn’t use Gutenberg so I inserted the shortcode with the correct menu ID into this page, directly into the classic editor. The menu should be showing up right below that image, but I can’t even find it in the code when I look through the inspector. Other pages on the site use the Bold Builder and I’m wondering if maybe there is a conflict between that and the plugin? Any insights you can offer would be appreciated!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Lunar,

What is the exact shortcode you are using on that page? Could you copy and paste it here so I can take a look?

I doubt there would be any conflict with Bold Builder if you don’t have it enabled on this page. You can temporarily deactivate it and test, just to make sure.

Also, make sure you don’t have some kind of caching going on (e.g. via plugin) that is making it so that you aren’t seeing the latest updates when you visit the page.

This is the shortcode: [fdm-menu id=”2775″]
I did try purging the cache, but no dice ??

That’s definitely the right format. That being said, I’m not sure if it’s just how it pasted in here, but one of your quotes has some formatting to it. For shortcode attributes in WordPress, they have to be plain text quotes, with no formatting (like your first quote).

    Try copy/pasting the following:

    [fdm-menu id="2775"]
