Menu Not Appearing after Update

After update to Version: 3.0.48 (Not sure what version I had as I didn’t make a note) the menu bar no longer appears at the top of the page and only appears as a list under the header image. Appears to work with Edge but not Chrome or Firefox. Any help would be appreciated.
