    Is with chrome but with Microsoft Edge is the same, not displayed menu.

    There must be a JS error in your site. When you open the browser console with F12 on chrome you will likely see red colored JS errors. We need to see this, so please use the link above and we can help you with that quickly.

    Is the firewall of the hosting?

    What is your hosting provider and what firewall do they use?
    How did you find out that the firewall was the culprit?

    We like to check this. This should not create such an error so we are interested in finding a solution for this.
