Menu need more help

Please I need help with this I want to know the type of font is it and how can I create a button that is not clickable at all because I contact my registration Plugin for username display and when I try it in the mean it is clickable and redirection user to another url page please how can I disable some button not to be clickable just for text and name of the font there use in the picture I provide
