Menu moved, not sure why. Please help!

Hi There,

I was adding a new picture to one of my pages and it seemed to have moved the menu down the page. The menu used to be all the way to the top of the white space near the picture. Here is the page I am referring to:

I cannot seem to figure out how to get the menu back up. I went into Appearance—Menus—Manage Locations, but I don’t see any options to move it where it used to be.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
