Menu Locatioons

  • Hi Guys,

    I’m using your Hello Elementor theme along with Elementor Pro.

    In this theme, there seems to only be one menu location–the “Primary” menu.

    How do I add more menu locations? I use other menus and menu plugins (that integrate with Elementor) like Max Mega Menu, and I need both a horizontal and vertical menu.

    The horizontal would be primary, but the vertical one is a different menu.

    I can’t add both because there is only one menu location (Primary) to select.

    Please help!

  • Hi Jacques,

    Tom here – the developer of MMM. You can create new menu locations using Max Mega Menu under Mega Menu > Menu Locations.

    For people who are not using Max Mega Menu, you’d need to create a child theme, then use the register_nav_menu or register_nav_menus function in your child themes functions.php file to register new locations.
