Menu List ( Links To Tabs)

On my page:

there are 4 tabs descried as follows:

On my home page I added a menu to each of the 4 tabs, so from home page you can go directly to any chosen tab, but once you are on one of them and you try to chose the menu link to change it to the other one it does not work (it stays at the one is currently open). Is there any solution for it?———————————————————————
