Menu Links Lead To Posts Area. Want Direct Links. Weird Stuff On Bottom of page.

Hey,
So I’m making my first website, and decided to use this template. I’m having one issue, however. The site makes every part of the site I create into a blog-like style. Look at this image.
I do not want clicking “Birds For Sale” on the menu to lead to the link shown in the screen shot. Instead, I want to be lead here, the actual page itself.
Also, if you scroll down from the homepage, there’s this weird mess of stuff. Here’s the rest of the weirdness.
The bottom of the homepage is the only page with all that mess. As of now, it’s not on any other pages.
