Menu links erratic on mobile

I just built this site (www.mainstreetformals.com) and the menu works fine on desktops, but the menu links barely work on mobile devices. When the drop-down links are selected, many return users to the hoe page, as if the “box” is transparent and the title/logo beneath it is activated. Help?
