• Hi,

I notice that this plugin adds optional menu links for feedback and chat. I’ve tried adding them to a menu, but nothing happens when they are clicked.

When I hover over the links with the mouse, it doesn’t show any hyperlink behind the menu items, unlike when I hover over any other menu item.

What is supposed to happen when someone clicks on the provided menu links?

    Regards,

    Aidan Sweeney

By the way, in this example I have enabled chat in the interakt settings, so the chat widget is showing on the page.

    Hi,

    Hope you are doing well.

The chat and Feedback menu options are not actually links. They are CSS class based menu items so you won’t see a URL when you hover over them.

To check whether those classes are added properly, log in to your WordPress admin area, and go to->Appearance->Menues. On the right upper corner, click on screen options and enable CSS classes. You must be able to see those CSS classes now in your menu items.

Let me know if you can see the classes.

    Hi,

Yes, I can see them now.

This would be very difficult for any non-coder to use. It’s confusing for a regular user.

Can you explain why I would get a coder to use these classes and for what purpose? What’s the advantage?

    Regards,

    Aidan
