So when I initially set up MarketPress I I had the store and cart links in my menu as “Store” and the rest as a drop down. For some reason this has recently changed to “Order Status” and goes to an order tracking page. Though the menu in the backend is still “store” also my dropdowns have disappeared. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks. It took me a while to figure out what was what, but ok. Turns out you only need to download marketplace.php and upload it to the wordpress-ecommerce/ directory. I think. Haven’t tested anything, but at least the link shows Store with a submenu showing Products, Shopping Cart and then Order Status. Hopefully the rest of it works as expected. ??

I uploaded and older version and now I can’t get on my site there is a WordPress error saying You must override all required vars in your Manual Payments payment gateway plugin! I can’t get into my dashboard to change anything!

Hi @omemade,

You can remove the plugin from your plugin folder at:
wp-content/plugins/marketpress/

And that should allow the site to work as normal.

We highly recommend only making these sorts of changes on staging or development sites to help avoid those types of occurrences, though sorry you had trouble with that.

The developer’s should have this updated shortly with the fix. Thanks everyone for your patience!

I just updated to the latest version and this problem is now fixed. In case anyone above is still using an older version and didn’t know. ??
