Menu link not working after adding submenu

    I can’t get some of the top Menu Items to work – the link tour has submenu items. they do not work at all “even though when you hover over them the browser sees the link but they are not clickable. I have tried changing these to a link rather than a page link just to see if that works but the tour is not working at all.

    I can right-click on the link and it works but it will not work on a regular click. (so they are there)

    We apologize for the delay in our response and for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Previously, we attempted to replicate this issue on our end, but encountered no problems.

    If you don’t mind, could you please inform us of the plugins you have activated? If possible, you could try deactivating all plugins on your site except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit to ensure that the issue is not caused by a plugin conflict.

    If deactivating plugins doesn’t change anything, could we obtain the section or header template you’re using on your site? With that template, we can import the Nav Menu widget settings the same as on your site.
