Menu link not functioning

I am using Pixova theme to hone my skills ( https://www.refonte.ghostkids.ca) and i want the home MENU to redirect to another page but it seems like no matter what i put in the URL link, it doesn’t work . for example if i want the “massage detente ” navigation label to go to “www.refonte.ghostkids.ca/massage-detente” page and i copy the URL in it and i save, the menu shows the # sign. and Now the “massage detente ” navigation label on the home page menu shows ” https://www.refonte,ghostkids.ca/#massage-detente” which is all wrong and it doesn’t work.

Can somebody please help ? i couldn’t find a solution in the documentation
