Menu layout sudden rapid change

  • When i installed the plugin over a year the menu looked great, something like this…

    FISH & CHIPS……… $8.00
    STEAK & CHIPS…….. $12.00

    but now something has happened either to my theme or by another plugin, and every menu item now looks like this and its ridiculous…

    FISH & CHIPS
    $8.00

    STEAK & CHIPS
    $12.00

    Looking at inspect element via chrome, i can see that each food item is <h3> and obviously headers cause a breakline after so the food item price is dropped to the next line

    which php or theme file is constructing this layout? how can i change the design of this plugin so i can have my menu item looking back like so…’
