Menu Lag

Hello,

I am having some issues with my header menu lagging when you scroll across it. They work fine but there just seems to be a delay and an overlap in categories when you scroll over. Im using Chrome and the latest version of wordpress. My website is https://thesuchef.org/

Similarly, my page shows up differently in Chrome vs IE9. The circles are not greyed out and the menu dropdown is much quicker.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
