Menu keep dissapering

Hi there.
When you create a website using Pro version, you add apperance effect to the mobile menu button – (tested on iphones) when you try to open menu – quiet often first time is fine. however you press second, third time “open menu button” – it keeps on shutting the whole menu itself.
