Menu items work on desktop site but not mobile

  • Hi,

    Currently Im using nav menu roles alongside a mega menu from JetMenu and It works great on desktop but when the menu collapses into a mobile hamburger menu it only display the logged out user menu items

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi Jeremy,

    I would guess that either 1. the mobile menu is a different menu entirely (not uncommon for themes to do this). or 2. the mega menu/ something else is filtering the visibility status.

    You may want to go through some debugging steps, like switching to Twenty Twenty and then disabling other plugins one at a time to try to isolate the issue.
