Menu items no longer have a drop down with hover

    When I first set up the website, I had this lovely drop down box for submenu items when I hover over the parent item. Now, no dropdown menus anywhere for any reason! I’m scared to death to update anything with the theme – I’ve worked so hard to get this website the way I want it, and have read of others updating things and loosing much of their work if not all! Please help – but make the explanation simple!? I’m not a mega tech savvy person! Thanks in advance for any help.
