    Hello,

The menu item icons are not showing if the user is not logged in. You can see bellow what a logged-in user sees, but when the user logs out the icons are gone.

Also, we can’t use the “max-width” function in the custom CSS because nothing happens. We had to use “width” to make the menu full width but now the menu bar is not responsive.

Can you please help us with these isues? Thank you.

    Hi cico777,

This is usually because an optimisation plugin has a “Disable Dashicons” option enabled. Please can you check through the options for any optimisation plugin you have installed and make sure that option is disabled (i.e. you want dashicons to be loaded).

Regarding the width issue, the width of the menu is determined by the theme (the menu will fill the container it is placed within), so make sure you are adjusting the theme CSS (the width of the container that the menu sits within) rather than the menu CSS itself.

    Regards,
    Tom
