Menu item's description & price problem

Help me.
I really like the concept of your plugin, but I’m having a real hard time getting it to work. When adding items on a menu, I have difficulty getting the changes to save-item’s description & price.When i save items – item’s description & price are blank.
1. First image ,when i fill menu item
2. Second image,When i save the menu (After saving)
