Menu items can't be moved

    I’ve tried in 3 browsers and they all have the same problem–when I go to move a menu item a column appears with several rows and the menu item won’t move. Here’s a shot: https://s24.postimg.org/7u0qq7llh/wp_problem.jpg

    I have no plug ins other than what came with my theme (Keres).
    I have disabled all plug ins and it’s not helping.

    Please help!

  • Try this plugin: Simple Page Ordering

    Try temporarily switching back to the default TwentyThirteen theme; to see if it makes the menu items draggable.

    If that doesn’t work (letting you know it is a theme issue); then try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

    Going back to the default theme fixed the issue. My theme has an update I haven’t installed because I can’t figure out how!!! I’ll figure this out and post update here. Thanks

    Sorry, not sure how to mark it as complete…?

    Over on the right of this page… you will see “This topic is…”, and then a dropdown.

    Select “resolved” from the dropdown selection.. and update.
