I don’t know if this has to do with the recent update or not but I have several sites running Asteroid theme, and the widgets which allow menu content to be shown in the sidebar are no longer showing any items.

Only the widget title shows but nothing is clickable and you just see white space. I tried removing the widget and adding it back, also tried renaming the menu but nothing works.

One example is the sidebar at https://obamacarefee.com

    Thanks

Yup. I forgot to thoroughly test something on the last update.

You can get the latest update here or here
The only important change was made on the functions.php so you can just replace only that file, if you want.

Thanks. Best WP theme I know of.

I copied and pasted the functions.php text directly into the file using Appearance -> Editor, then saved it. I think the menus now display in the sidebar but only when I’m logged in. I’m not so sure they still show after I’ve logged out. Can you check? Maybe I’m going crazy.

I’m seeing the menu titles but the content is blank.

I’ve checked it out on another computer and it works. Cache is a stubborn thing.
