    Hi,

I currently use headway themes and have your responsive menu plugin installed on over 15 sites. It worked well until today when the team and I were doing QA on the site when we realized the mobile menu stopped working and rather redirected to an “/undefined/” page which results in a 404 error.

The stage site to this is pricelaw1.wpengine.com

    Please help! Thanks

    Hi Jimmy,

Not sure what on earth is going on there.

My plugin doesn’t do any re-directing or site linking from the click button, it only rsponds to the click and re-directs.

Have you gone through all the JavaScript on the site to see if anything is interfering with this process?

    All the best

I am having the same issue with one of my client’s website.
Randomly every few days The navigation menu stops working. It displays the home page fine but as soon as you navigate away to another page it returns a 404. In my case it affects both mobile and desktop.

I found a temorary fix by resetting permalinks but it continues to happen every few days. I believe it could be a plugin issue that is causing a script conflict. I just haven’t found which one yet.

Try disabling plugins one by one (after backing up the site or creating a local copy) and re-enabling them to see if one of them is conflicting.

Hope this helps, if you find another reason as to why this issue is happening I would appreciate any tips.

    Hi Codigo Mono,

Can you provide a URL to your site so I can take a look at this for you as my menu doesn’t touch or affect permalinks, it simply builds out the menu as wp_nav_menu normally does but re-styles it and adds javascript to control the sliding in and out etc.

    All the best

I realized I wasn’t using your plugin on this particular site. I think its a database issue. I started a new forum for wordpress as I think its more of a conflict between WordPress and the datebase. Thank you for being responsive(pun intended) to my post and getting back with me. I’ve used responsive menu before and really enjoy the simplicity.

    Hey Mono,

No problem, glad you worked out where the issue is and thanks for the kind words in regards the plugin!
