Menu item not clickable

I have a client website with a menu like this:
About
–>TestimonyThe about page when clicked just opens the sub menu on mobile, and does not open a new page. It works fine when not on mobile. The sub menu links also work fine.
I saw a thread with the same problem and someone said to make sure “Allow Parent Links” is clicked. I did that, and it still does not work. Any other thoughts?
