Menu item link is incorrect.

Hello,
I set the permalink to “post name”, and I added the menu item in the backend. It is the menu item for PMP Membership Account Info. The link should be:
https://www.xxx.org/membership-account/But instead it links to this which isn’t a page at all.
https://www.xxx.org/community-members/admin/membership-account/It also appears to be trying to load the pages in frame.
Any help would be appreciated!
