Menu item highlight OLD parent item

    Hi,

    Strange issue. Implemented Mega Max Menu, worked out kinks. Have an item that I still cant figure out.

    Had an “About Us” as a sub-menu item of “Home”.
    “Home” would hightlight while on “About Us” as it should have.

    I moved “About US” to top-level main menu.

    But I cannot stop “HOME from highlighting also. (STILL)

    • I deleted the menu items and added them again to Main Menu -> issue still exists. (both “Home” and “About US” BOTH highlight.
    • I moved them down the menu (to the right) – still same problem.
    • Cleared my caches.
    • Turned “Highlight Current Item” OFF and BACK ON.

    Don’t quite know what to do. Site isn’t live, so can’t post URL.
    Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Tom,

    In the page structure (not the menu structure), is About Us a descendant of Home?
