[NSFW] Menu item doesn’t doesn’t follow the menu css settings

I am using the plugin in a menu that has the Max Mega Menu active. In the settings of that plugin one can configure how the menubar and the options will appear. The menu option created by your plugin doesn’t follow the settings for the menu.
– The height (top and bottom) of the menubar is increased by the shortcode. As the menu option only will be shown when logged in, the position of the menubar changes after logging in.
– The background color of the active and hover items are not applied.
