    Hello!
I have a problem: I use CPT UI for costum post types. Is it true that this plugins sets a class in the menu-item of a post that I insert to the menu (menu-item-object-XYZ)?

Now I switched a post using the plugin “Post Type Switcher” to a different post type, but the old class is still present in the menu-item. I cleared caches many times….

Do you know a way to delete this class?

    Thank you, Angie.

Hmm, not something we have any control over, as we don’t do anything custom in that area. That’s more on WordPress Core to determine the appropriate classes to append to menu items.

Best idea I have at the moment is perhaps go to edit the menu, and just either make a tiny change, save, change it back, save, or just save without edits and see if that helps.

Haha! That was almost too easy. Thank you for the great tip! I just deleted the item and added it again.
A little bit like “Have you tried turning it off and on again?”

    Great, thank you!
