Menu issues

This is just one of the many issues I’m having. When I added the Client Galleries to my menu, for some reason it tripled and created additional pages. When I go to Appearance > Menu > I dont see all of the pages for me to remove thats visible here. Is this a bug with your program?
I’ve created an additional with every option except this page, and still running across this issue. Anyone else having this problem?
