• I changed “private client portal” to Client Portal in the Nav Menu but it does not change at the front end.

I created it again as a new menu item, saved it, nothing changed.

I tried all of the usual cache clearing to no avail.

I then added a totally different menu item from my list, that too didn’t show on the front end. I’ve had this site for years and never had a problem like thi, and haven’t added anything new that may be causing the problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I have just checked foe you and my end shows a menu option titled “Clients Only portal”, which doesn’t match either of the options you suggested above.

I know you have mentioned caching, but have you tried viewing across different browsers/clearing browser cache etc.?

Also, if you use cloudflare, it pays to go into the caching settings and turn on development mode, as this stops any caching whatsoever.

It can be super frustrating, but it’s most likely one of those things that just takes a little while to tick over.

There is a ‘Client Portal’ menu in your blog pages.
It seems you have multiple menus.
The menus in home page have class thrv_*** or tve-***.
Isn’t it something to do with Thrive Visual Editor Plugins?
Pls check the plugin setting or widget.
