• When viewing our website on a mobile phone, the menu is just a box with 3 lines running through it. Users don’t know what that box is and don’t click on, but we want them to click on it so they can see the menu and quickly browse to menu sections.

How can we make the MENU clear for mobile phone users?

    Thank you ??

    Hi there.

    Thank you for writing in.

The box with a 3 lines is for a menu for the site.
Generally, It represents the menu in the mobile view and is known all over the world.

The mobile user will easily know that it represents the menu because this concept is of mobile device.
So whoever use the mobile knows the icon is represented for the menu.

If you disable the responsive option then the menu icon will be removed, but the mobile responsive will also turn off.

    Thanks.

    Thanks Shane.

But another issue, the Menu doesn’t show up on many mobile phones, especially Android and iPhone 5 and iPhone 6. It shows up on iPhone 4.

    The responsive option is SELECTED!

    Any suggestions?

They want my login details to check it, but I don’t feel comfortable giving that out.

So I will remove this theme and choose another theme seeing the menu doesn’t work on mobiles ??

    Hi there.

Can you please try reinstalling the theme again?
Also try enabling/disabling the responsive option.

Also if you do not feel comfortable to the details you can offer for a temporary details which can be deleted once the issue is fixed.

    Thanks.
