    Hello,
I cannot get the plugin to automatically display all submenu items folded when calling the mobile menu.

Even if set the plugin to:

    a) use accordion
    b) DO NOT unfold all submenu’s automatically.
    c) DO NOT unfold current submenu items
    d) DO NOT unfold sub items when clicking main item

Am I missing a setting somewhere?
    Thank you for your help!

    Hi @ispacecrusader ,

I hope you’re doing well. My apologies for the delayed response.

Regarding your inquiry about all submenus facing with the “Unfold section” option, please follow these steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

    1. Update Verification – Ensure that you are using the latest version of both the Responsive Menu plugin and WordPress itself.
    2. Menu Structure – When creating submenus in the Appearance > Menus section, make sure they are indented slightly to the right, as shown in this screenshot: https://paste.pics/SR0CX.
    3. Settings Cross-Check – We have recorded a screencast demonstrating the correct setup. You can review it here: Insert Video Link. This will help you compare your settings with ours.

From our end, the unfold submenus function is displaying as expected. If the issue persists after following the steps outlined in the video, please share:

    • Screenshots of your menu settings.
    • A short demonstration video highlighting the issue.

We are committed to resolving this as soon as possible and ensuring that everything functions correctly for you.

Thank you for your cooperation and time. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Dhanush

Hi @dhanush22 – thanks for your help.
Yes, the plugin is up to date and configured correctly. I’ve created a video to demonstrate the issue and show you all the settings etc. You can watch it here: loom video.

    Hello @ispacecrusader ,

I hope you’re doing well. Apologies for the delayed response, and I truly appreciate you sharing the video demonstration of your setup. Based on the settings shown in the video, everything appears to be configured correctly.

Since the plugin is up to date and there are no known issues with the latest version, I recommend temporarily disabling any caching plugins and then reloading the menu section to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, conflicts with other plugins might be causing the problem. To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:

    1. Temporarily disable all other plugins, except for [Responsive Menu plugin].
    2. Reactivate the plugins one by one and check if any specific plugin is causing a conflict.
    3. Switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four) and see if the issue persists.

Once you’ve performed these steps, please let me know if you notice any conflicts or if the issue is resolved after clearing the cache and testing with minimal plugins active.

I appreciate your cooperation and time. Let me know how it goes!

    Best regards,
    Dhanush
