• Hey Team,

I am recently facing an issue where if a user logged in to my website he is showing the menu for logout in users. But after refreshing the page the user is able to see the screen as a logged-in user. I use a premium plugin(WooCommerce Login/Signup Popup Premium) for login. I reach out to the developers of the plugin and they told me that this issue is with Expired header. I use WP-Rocket as my cache and reach out to them for help but they also told me this cannot be solved by them. Finally, the login plugin develops gives me a piece of code that will refresh the page after login and clear the expire header but this is also not working. Can anyone suggest me how to solve this issue? I’m not sure but my cache plugin devs told me that something is preventing their rules written in the .htaccess file which is causing the issue. But as far as I can remember the day I started facing the issue I only changed one thing on my website and that is to add a 301 redirection of my website for my AMP URLs. But I’ve deleted them now. Sill facing the same issue. Kindly help.

    Regards,
    Animesh

  • – try to exclude plugin cookie (if any) in WP Rocket cache setting
    – try to exclude logged in users in WP Rocket setting
    – you could overwrite file permission when you edit and save a file
