Menu in RTL languages

First of all we would like to thank you for this imazing plugin.using Astra theme :
the NavMenu in Rtl languages (like Arabic) shown as a list not as a horizontal bar. how do I fix this error please ?screenshoot (NavMenu in Rtl languages):
