  • Could you provide the URL for your site? If you’re comfortable doing so, please send us a set of WordPress admin credentials to [email protected] so that we can review your configuration, also.

    Our URL is tfetimes.com

I do see the full page list showing there; to be able to help resolve the issue, we’ll need to take a look at your admin.

    Hello,

I had the same issues on essentialoilkitsbylance.com. It shows all my pages on my iphone menu, but only 3 pages on the preview on my plugin page.

I deactivated the plugin for now.

Do I send admin credentials to [email protected] as well?

It seems other users might be having this issue as well. Is there another way we can diagnose without providing admin credentials?

Any word on this? This is an ongoing issue.

Will there be any support regarding this or should we downgrade to an earlier version?

I am also having this problem with my WPTouch I just installed. It is showing ALL the pages in my wordpress but I only want it to show what I have in my menus under the appearance link

Please let us know when this works, I like it.

I have seen Pro versions, does this get fixed in the pro version?

This remains an issue after the update.

My exact same problem, even tough I have a menu selected as WPTouch: Header Menu – that used to work just fine before the last two updates.

If you are using Jetpack on your WordPress site there seems to be an incompatibility between WPTouch and the Jetpack mobile settings.

I had the same issues – mobile preview of my menu looked great, but when I checked on my mobile it was a hot mess!

After deactivating Jetpack (“mobile theme”) I checked again on my mobile and all was good!

To do this just do the following:

Jetpack Settings -> scroll down to ‘Mobile Theme” -> click ‘Deactivate”.

    Hope that helps.
