Menu in Full Site Editor

We are currently creating a multilingual website.
The theme is 2024 and is a full site editor block theme.
If I install BOGO here, how can I create a multilingual header menu?

I was able to make it multilingual for fixed pages.

For menus, referring to other blogs, it seems that it is possible to make them multilingual by switching the display and hide of the menu from the dashboard menu depending on the language.

The block theme does not have a place to edit the menu in the dashboard.

How can I make the menu multilingual?
