Menu icons section and “Ocean Extra” settings not displayed.

  • Hi, on the following page of the theme:
    https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/440-how-to-add-an-icon-to-a-menu-item
    the section is shown to add the icons to the menu, but I do not see it, I can not even add it from “screen settings” to the top right. Why?

    Also I installed the recommended plugin “Ocean Extra” and as shown by the example screenshots of the plugin itself, I should display the “Theme Panel” on the backend menu. But I do not see it.
    Thanks in advance for the help.

    Try to follow the below steps and check it works or not.
    1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
    2. Activate OceanWP theme if it is not

    Please link to the site so that I can check it?

    Hello @apprimit , thanks for the reply! My site already has the 7.3 version of PHP, and I use OceanWP as its theme, but despite everything I have the problems I mentioned before. Unfortunately I can not publish the site, because the owners have not disclosed anything yet.     Hi, sharing email address on this forum is not allowed. It is against the forum guidlines.

    Did you enable the menu section from clicking on the Screen Option on menu page?

    Ah sorry @apprimit , I had not noticed that it was not possible. There’s a way
    to be able to show it in private without breaking the rules of the forum?
    Anyway, I looked, but there is no option to enable the menu icons, in the screen settings on the top page of the menu!

    It’s very strange. Without seeing the site it is very difficult for me to identify the issue.
