    Hello,

I want to add icons in the menu I have in the header with the product categories.
I followed this tutorial https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/extensions/advanced-menu/ and went to the menu item settings disabled ‘Item Label’ and add an icon.

The problem is that neither the label disappears nor the icon appears.

The menu that I’m trying to add icons is displayed in the Header menu that was created with Elementor Theme Builder. If I try to add an icon in a menu in the footer (it was created with Blocksy) the icon appears.

It appears to be some incompatibility between the Elementor and Blocksy.

I apologize if I should have posted this issue to Elementor support and not here.

    Regards,
    Alexandre Silva

Sorry, the menu item that I tried to add an icon is ‘MAQUILHAGEM’ the first one in the header.

    Hey @mandimagc

As far as I know, because you’re replacing our menu system with Elementor’s, this is bound to happen, because you’re not executing our code anymore and the Advanced Menu system relies on this code.

I will ask for an opinion from our development team on this, but I’m not entirely sure if we can do much from our end.

    Thanks

Later Edit: I have spoken with the development team and I can confirm that this is the case. Because you’ve created the menu with Elementor, you’re not executing our code anymore and the Advanced Menu system does not work. There’s not much you can do in this case, besides further editing the menu with Elementor and adding these icons manually.
