In my main menu, I have some dropdowns. When it’s working fine, the arrows in the buttons are pointed to the right, thus, the menu opens in the right. But sometimes, when I try to open the menu too fast the arrows are pointed down, so the menu opens above the actual one, overlapping it.

It also happens when I take the mouse out of some menu, it seems that it doesn’t recognize and doesn’t close.

Did anyone ever suffered with this problem ?

(The problem usually starts at the second layer of the dropdown and affect the next one)

  • Hey @emanueldias

We’ve rectified this in one of our latest updates. Can you please try updating to the latest version and giving it one more shot? It should work ok ??

    Thanks.

Thanks @cteduard for the reply. The theme it’s already at the latest version, also the wordpress and the Blocksy Companion plugin.

Just in case I’ll try to explain better. Menu 1 opens Menu 2 wich opens Menu 3, in a dropdown. Aways that I try to open the Menu 1 too fast the Menu 2 consider that I already opended the Menu 2, but I didn’t. then when I actually open the Menu 2, all of them with hover, the Menu 3 opens over the Menu 2.

    Menu 1 > Menu 2 > Menu 3

I’m sharing a link with two pictures of the problem.

    Hello @emanueldias

Oh, I see. Hmm… not entirely sure about this one, as the issue happens only if our assets are not loaded in time and correctly.

Would you be able to post the website’s URL so we can check a few things out?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately the site is not available yet to be accessed. But I also tested creating a brand new web site, only with the theme, no plugins and some pages just to create the menu. The problem persists.

I uploaded two more pictures that show this example above and a video showing the last one.

    Thanks.

    Hey @emanueldias

Hmm… if the website isn’t online, would a backup of it be easily enough to be sent our way? Can you create a backup using WPVivid’s plugin and send it to our support centre so we can check what’s happening?

We haven’t been able to replicate this at all and I’m sure we’re missing something here.

    Thanks.

Great, we’ll continue there. Please edit your message and remove the user/password combo, as it is not ok to share them here.

    Thanks.
