Menu Help…I can't figure it out

I need basic help for dummies.
I added a new menu tab “Art”
Under Llink, Details I chose:
Internal blog links
Internal link type: Specific Category Art
Link Text: ArtI put “Art” in my post category, but it will not show up.
What am I doing wrong?
