Menu help needed

I need help with the menu bar on the Adelle theme.

When I first got the theme, the menu bar looked like ribbons at the end. Now it just looks like a black box. I’m not sure what I did, but I’d like it to look like ribbons again.

How do I get rid of the search box in the menu bar?

How do I make the pages listed in the menu bar be all on a single line?
