menu help

I need help in menu for example

I have 2 Menus one menu name is Cooking now i want my user A create any post that come under cooking page and i want 2nd menu with the name Restaurant and my user B create any post that comes under Restaurant Page but my Cooking User A can’t access the Restaurant and my Restaurant user B can’t access the Cooking Page need your help there
