    Please, go to the WordPress dashboard where follow the options Appearance->Cutomize->Additional CSS where the paste the CSS code below:

    #site-navigation ul li a {
    font-size: 16px;
}

    You can change the font-size as you like.

    1-How can I center my main menu? Can I do that? – Flash theme
    2- Can I change the height of my footer bar?
    3- Can I change the size of the title?
