Menu has disappeared from product pages (Home Page OK)

Hi

The top menu/navigation is visible on the home page, when I click through to the other pages the menu disappears.
I’m using the creativo theme and my site has been live with no problems, it was a client who informed me so I don’t know at what point this has happened.

I’ve checked under appearances – customise and menus and under menus. I Can’t see where the issue is as the boxes are ticked.

Can anyone offer any help? Potentially I’m loosing sales as nobody can navigate anywhere once they move off the home page
